Milwaukee Ale House
Located on the Milwaukee River, the Ale House exterior was designed to create the look of two distinct building facades on the one infill site. The use of concrete brick reinforces the historic character of the buildings, as well as the industrial theme of the brew pub restaurant. The two colors of smooth-face concrete brick visually separate the north half of the building form the south.

Weston Place
In an area that features several non-distinct retail business spaces, the Weston Place offers tenants a high-end look and unique building style that also projects a quality appearance. Features more than 26,700 pieces of utility size Heritage Collection concrete brick in Brandywine and Amber Rose Blend.

North & Prospect Retail Center
 Masonry block was the material of choice for a variety of factors, including durability, design aesthetic and cost effectiveness. Smooth-faced colored concrete masonry units and Heritage Block designer concrete brick were the products of choice of this contemporary building.
